Easy Pork Chop Recipe


 
 

Rosemary Pork Chops

 
Butterflied pork chops coated in an herb blend of parsley, rosemary, thyme and pepper and then placed under the broiler.
 
Ingredients -
 
4 (1" thick) boneless Butterfly Pork Chops
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons chopped Parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried Rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried Thyme
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
 
Preparation:
 

1. Brush butterflied pork chops with fresh lemon juice.

2. In a shallow bowl, combine parsley, rosemary, thyme, and black pepper. Mix well.

3. Rub herb mixture on both sides of pork chops.

4. Place chops on baking sheet.

5. Broil chops 4-5 inches from heat, for 5-6 minutes, turn broil another 5-6 minutes.

 



Cooking Tip

Butterfly Pork Chops
Remove the bone, make a horizontal cut down length of pork chop. Cut almost all the way through to the other side, spread the pork chop open and press flat.
