Rosemary Pork Chops

Butterflied pork chops coated in an herb blend of parsley, rosemary, thyme and pepper and then placed under the broiler.

Ingredients -
4 (1" thick) Boneless Pork Chops, butterflied
2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons chopped Fresh Parsley
1/2 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
1/2 teaspoon Dried Thyme
1/4 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper

Butterfly Pork Chops

Remove the bone, make a horizontal cut down length of pork chop. Cut almost all the way through to the other side, spread the pork chop open and press flat.


Pork Chop Tips -
Fresh Rosemary

You could substitute fresh rosemary for the dried rosemary. Use 1/2 tablespoon of chopped fresh rosemary leaves in place of the 1/2 teaspoon of dried. Fresh rosemary should be stored loosely wrapped in plastic in the refrigerator.
