Easy Pork Chop Recipe


 
 

Pineapple Pork Chops

 
Nice, any night of the week recipe. Perfect for an oriental style menu. Boneless pork chops browned and served with a sauce made from sauteed onions, brown sugar, pineapple juice, cider vinegar, and salt.
 
Ingredients -
 
4 Boneless Pork Chops
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 medium Onions, chopped
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
2 tablespoons Cider Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
 
Preparation:
 

1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat.

2. Brown pork chops, approximately 4 minutes per side.

3. Add onions and cook until soft.

4. Combine brown sugar, pineapple juice, vinegar and salt.

5. Pour sauce over pork chops and simmer 15 minutes.

Boneless Pork Chops
Pork chops with the bone on have a tendency to keep the meat moist and tasty. Keep a cloe eye on your boneless chops to insure they do not overcook and become tough.
