| 1. In large skillet over medium high heat, brown chops. Approximately 2 minutes per side.
2. Drain pan of any fat.
3. Combine chicken broth, honey, soy sauce, ketchup, ginger, garlic salt and mushrooms.
4. Pour mixture over pork chops.
5. Cover and simmer 35-45 minutes until pork chops are cooked through and tender.
6. Serve over hot cooked rice.
