Honey Mushroom Pork Chops

Pork chops browned, combined with mushrooms and cooked in chicken broth honey, soy sauce, ketchup, ginger, and garlic salt. Prepare in just a few minutes, cover, simmer, serve in less than an hour.

Ingredients -
4 Pork Chops
1/2 cup Chicken Broth
1/4 cup Honey
1/4 Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Ketchup
1/4 teaspoon Ginger
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
3/4 cup sliced Mushrooms
3 cups cooked Rice
 
Preparation:

1. In large skillet over medium high heat, brown chops. Approximately 2 minutes per side.

2. Drain pan of any fat.

3. Combine chicken broth, honey, soy sauce, ketchup, ginger, garlic salt and mushrooms.

4. Pour mixture over pork chops.

5. Cover and simmer 35-45 minutes until pork chops are cooked through and tender.

6. Serve over hot cooked rice.
