Honey Apple Pork Chops

Thick juicy pork chops, marinated in apple cider, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, honey and pepper. Pork chops are grilled and basted. Total cook time is around 45 minutes.

Ingredients -
4 Pork Loin Chops, about 1-inch thick
1-1/2 cups bottled Apple Cider
1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Honey
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
 
Preparation:

1. Combine apple cider, lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and pepper. Mix well.

2. Place pork chops in a casserole or baking dish. Pour marinade over chops.

3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

4. Remove pork chops from marinade.

5. Preheat grill to medium heat.

6. Grill pork chops over direct heat 10-15 minutes.

7. Turn chops and grill another 10-15 minutes, basting frequently with marinade.
