Easy Pork Chop Recipe


 
 

Hawaiian Grilled Pork Chops

 
Pork chops marinated in pineapple juice, vegetable oil, soy sauce, onion, garlic, and brown sugar. Pork chops grilled and topped with pineapple slices.
 
Ingredients -
 

1 can (20 ounces) Pineapple Slices, drained, reserve juice
6 trimmed Boneless Pork Chops, 1" thick
1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup minced Onion
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar

 
Preparation:
 
1. Place chops in a large shallow casserole or baking dish.

2. Combine ¼ cup reserved pineapple juice, vegetable oil, soy sauce, onion, garlic, and brown sugar. Mix well.

3. Pour over pork chops. Cover baking dish.

4. Marinate pork chops in refrigerator 2-8 hours.

5. Remove pork chops, reserve marinade.

6. Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill chops 20 minutes, turn and grill 20 minutes, basting frequently.

7. Place pineapple ring on top of pork chops during final few minutes of grilling.

Cooking Tip

Thick Pork Chops
Its very possible 1" thick pork chops wont be available at your local supermarket. Just talk to the meat department personnel or your butcher.
