Grilled Pork Chops With Garlic Lime Sauce

Grilled boneless pork chops perfect for a back yard barbecue and dining outside. Serve chops with garlic lime sauce made from fresh minced garlic, fresh lime juice, red pepper flakes, olive oil, and cilantro.

Ingredients -
6 ( ¾” thick ) Boneless Pork Chops, rinse and pat dry
¼ cup Fresh Lime Juice
1 Garlic clove, minced
¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
¼ teaspoon Coarse Salt
1/3 cup Olive Oil
2 tablespoons chopped Fresh Cilantro
Coarse Salt
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
 
Preparation:

1. In a medium bowl, whisk fresh lime juice, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and salt.

2. Gradually add olive oil while whisking.

3. Add cilantro, and whisk to combine.

4. Season pork chops with coarse salt and fresh ground black pepper.

5. Preheat grill. Oil grill rack.

6. Grill pork chops over direct heat, covered. Turn chops after 5 minutes. Grill to desired doneness.

7. Serve with garlic lime sauce.
