| 1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Make a pocket in each pork chop.
3. Heat oil over medium heat. Brown pork chops for a few minutes on each side.
4. Prepare cornbread stuffing, but do not cook. Stuff each pocket with stuffing.
5. Place chops in baking dish.
6. Bake chops one hour. Check for desired doneness.
