Deluxe Pork Chops

Quick and easy stuffed pork chop recipe. Prepare pork chops in minutes and pop in the oven for an hour.

Ingredients -
6 Boneless Loin Pork Chops, 1" thick
1 (10-3/4 ounces) can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 (8 ounces) package Cornbread Stuffing
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

2. Make a pocket in each pork chop.

3. Heat oil over medium heat. Brown pork chops for a few minutes on each side.

4. Prepare cornbread stuffing, but do not cook. Stuff each pocket with stuffing.

5. Place chops in baking dish.

6. Bake chops one hour. Check for desired doneness.
