Pork Chop Tips -
Cutting and Trimming
Pork fat should be trimmed back on pork chops especially when grilling to avoid flames and possible burning. The fat should be clipped at intervals to prevent the pork chop from curling and cooking unevenly.
Pork Chop Tips -
Freezing Pork
Freeze fresh pork chops immediately after purchase. Wrap pork in moisture proof bags for best results, and place in the freezer immediately. Properly frozen chops will freeze well up to several months.
