Pork chops, apples, and onions seasoned with salt and pepper and slw cooked in chicken broth. Put this together in the morning and dinner is ready when you get home.
Ingredients -
6 Boneless Pork Chops
2 to 3 Medium Apples , cored and sliced
1 large White Onion, sliced
Salt, to taste
Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
1 (10 ½ ounces) can Chicken Broth
Preparation:
1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
2. Place pork, apple slices, and onion in crockpot.
3. Add chicken broth. Cook on low setting for 5-6 hours.
