Pork Chop Tips -
New Potatoes

New potatoes are fairly small in size, so substitutions should be made to match the approximate weight of the potatoes and not the number.

Pork Chop Tips -

Boneless Pork Chops
Boneless pork chops lack the flavor of bone-in chops, and are more expensive, but worth the purchase for pan searing, slow cooking, quick sautéing and stir frying.
