Pork Chop Tips -
Grilling Pork Chops

Pork chops should be left on the grill to cook at least half way through and turned only once prior to removing from the grill.

Pork Chop Tips -
Avoid Flare Ups

Avoid having flames burn your chops by trimming fat from the edges. Trimming fat off the meat also ensures the chop will lay flat on the grill and cook evenly.
