| 1. In glass casserole or baking dish, combine lime zest, lime juice, orange zest, orange juice, garlic, oil, brown sugar, and ¼ teaspoon salt.
2. Add pork chops to marinade. Turn to coat.
3. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours. Remove chops and discard marinade.
4. Preheat grill.
5. Season with remaining salt and pepper.
6. Grill chops 7-10 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
