Cajun Orange Pork Chops

Pork chops marinated in orange juice, orange marmalade, garlic, Cajun seasoning and green onion, Pork chops are grilled over direct heat and served hot off the grill.

Ingredients -
1/2 cup Orange Juice
2 tablespoons Orange Marmalade
1 clove Garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
2 tablespoons chopped Green Onions with tops
4 Boneless Loin Pork Chops
 
Preparation:

1. Combine orange juice, orange marmalade, garlic, Cajun seasoning, and green onion.

2. Place pork chops in shallow casserole or baking dish. Pour marinade over pork chops.

3. Refrigerate and marinate 30 minutes to an hour.

4. Preheat grill to medium heat.

5. Grill pork chops over direct heat 7 to 10 minutes per side. Brush marinade on chops as they grill.

6. Watch chops closely, and make sure they do not over cook or burn.

If you do not have Cajun seasoning, try adding a pinch of cayenne pepper, chili powder and garlic powder as a substitute.
