| 1. Combine paprika, salt, sage, cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic powder.
2. Coat pork chops on both sides with spice mixture.
3. Heat butter over medium-high heat until butter starts to brown.
4. Reduce heat to medium.
5. Pan fry pork chops 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cooked half through.
6. Turn pork chops to other side and cook completely through.
