Cajun Chops

Boneless pork chops seasoned with paprika, seasoned salt, sage, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and garlic powder. Pork chops are sauteed until golden brown, turned and fried to desired doneness.

Ingredients -
8 boneless Pork Chops
2 tablespoons Paprika
1 tablespoon Seasoned Salt
1 tablespoon Sage
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 tablespoons Butter
 
Preparation:

1. Combine paprika, salt, sage, cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic powder.

2. Coat pork chops on both sides with spice mixture.

3. Heat butter over medium-high heat until butter starts to brown.

4. Reduce heat to medium.

5. Pan fry pork chops 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cooked half through.

6. Turn pork chops to other side and cook completely through.

For grilling or broiling chops should be 1 to 1-1/2 inches thick, for pan frying or sautéing choose chops that are much thinner, no more than 1/2 to 3/4 inches thick.
