Cooking Tip

Boneless Pork Chops
You can purchase bonless pork chops at your supermarket or butcher and generally this means a more expensive and tender cut. You can buy pork chops with the bone in and remove the bones yourself very easily.

Cooking Tip

Bread Crumbs
To quickly make your own bread crumbs, leave a few pieces of bread on the kitchen counter for a day and then place the dried out bread in a zip lock bag and crush.
