Pork Chop Tips -
Boneless Pork Chops

You can purchase boneless pork chops at your supermarket or butcher and generally this means a more expensive and tender cut. You can buy pork chops with the bone in and remove the bones yourself very easily.

Pork Chop Tips -
Bread Crumbs

To quickly make your own bread crumbs, leave a few pieces of bread on the kitchen counter for a day and then place the dried out bread in a zip lock bag and crush.
