Pork Chop Tips -
Apples

Pick apples that have a nice smooth surface and no bruises. Most apples will work well in this recipe, Granny Smith, Golden Delicious and Rome apples bake very well. Be generous in the size of the slices, so they hold their shape and do not break down too much.

Pork Chop Tips -
Boneless Pork Chops

Boneless pork chops are generally not as flavorful and juicy due to the absence of the bone, but the boneless chop is convenient to cook and serve. Boneless chops are often a little more expensive than cuts with bones attached.
